Along with the sale I will hand over the phone number, the credentials to the website, the bank accounts, the marketing accounts, all social media and web accounts, all connected e-mail addresses, all paperwork, contracts, electronic signiture credentials, etc.  This business has the potential to bring in millions in the hands of the right investor.
All workers are currently at 1099 status as I have been running the business myself but could easily be converted to employees if needed. The company is currently grossing around k a year (about 00 a month).  The bills total up to be less than 0 monthly, not including payroll and taxes.  overhead is extremely low right now because I have kept it low.  I built this business from scratch with no capital to begin with.  If the marketing budget was increased from 0/month to 0-0 a month or more the gross revenue of the business would triple before the end of the year.  The price has been calculated based on a growth index of 5 times what the business brought in this year.  This is based on the 5x growth we experienced over the year prior, estimating that this will continue over the next several years - we have the potential to be a multi-million dollar cooporation with the right investment.
I am only selling because I have put blood sweat and tears into this business and it is on a growth spurt, I simply would rather cash out and start something else.  I made a good investment, it is paying off, but I would prefer to take a few years to spend some time with my family and relax.
