This is the first motorcycle marketed by Kawasaki heavy industries in the US in 1966, that was actually manufactured by Kawasaki Aircraft Corp and Meguro motorcycle Corp, the oldest Japanese cycle manufacturer, and restored to running condition with many new parts.

Original speedometer reading at the time of purchase was 4768, but replaced with a G 3 speedometer with the current reading.
Fuel tank cleaned and rust removed, new fuel system, new carb and air filter system, replaced wiring harness, rear tire, and many cables.
Heavy gauge rolled steel frame that was manufactured by Kawasaki Aircraft Corp shows minimal rust or corrosion one would expect on a 50+ year old bike.
